These terms cover your use of this website and the services FoundRank.ai provides. FoundRank.ai is a local SEO and AI visibility business serving South Florida. By using this site or working with us, you agree to what is written here. If something is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain it in plain language.

We help local businesses get found on Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Depending on your plan, that can include local SEO, Google Business Profile work, a website, content, and automation.

The descriptions on this site are general. The exact scope, deliverables, and price for your business are set out in the proposal or agreement we send you before we start.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, map pack placement, mentions in AI tools, a set number of leads or calls, or any particular amount of revenue. No honest SEO company can, because Google and the AI platforms control their own results and change them often.

What we do promise is real work and honest reporting. We show you what we did, what happened, and what is next, using your own Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.

Our plans are month to month by default, with no long-term contract. You can also choose a six-month commitment in exchange for a lower setup fee. Founding pricing is limited, and once you are in, your monthly rate is locked for twelve months even after regular pricing goes up.

Monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup or build fees are billed as described in your proposal. Third-party costs such as domains, software subscriptions, or ad spend are separate and are not included unless we state otherwise. We do not run paid ads unless that is written into your plan.

To do the work well, we need timely access and accurate information: your business details, access to your Google Business Profile and any accounts we agree to manage, and quick answers when we have a question. Delays on approvals or access can push back the timeline.

You own your business. That includes your website, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your content, and your accounts. If we build or host something for you, it is yours. If we ever part ways, we hand over what is yours and do not hold your assets hostage.

On a month-to-month plan you can cancel anytime, and you will not be billed for the following month. If you chose a six-month commitment, the plan runs for that term. Either way, work already delivered and fees already earned are not refundable.

You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with how it works, or try to access parts of it you are not meant to. The content, design, and brand on this site belong to FoundRank.ai and are not to be copied or reused without permission.

This website and our services are provided on an as-is basis. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice. Google, the AI platforms, and other third-party tools operate independently, and we do not control their algorithms, outputs, or uptime.

To the extent the law allows, FoundRank.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Broward County, Florida.

We may update these terms as the business grows or the law changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
